Mofid E. has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Mofid started their career at Fa. Christian, a medium-sized lorry components manufacturer, where they worked as an Automotive Engineer from 2004 to 2007. Mofid then joined Wild Manufacturing Group Ltd. as a Quality & Development Engineer, where they worked until 2010.

From 2010 to 2016, Mofid E. worked at CABAUTO, a Tier 1 supplier of interior trim parts to the automotive industry. Mofid had various roles during their time there, including Senior Quality Assurance & Controls Engineer, Quality Manager, and Head of Engineering, Current Programmes and Quality.

In 2016, Mofid E. joined London EV Company (LEVC) as the Launch Director, responsible for supporting and guiding the team during product launches. Mofid later took on the role of Quality & Launch Director, where they managed internal and customer quality and drove plant improvements and business processes. In 2019, they became the Manufacturing Operations & Quality Director, overseeing improvements in manufacturing operations and quality. In 2021, they were promoted to Manufacturing Operations, Quality & IT Director, with additional responsibilities for information technology and cyber security. Mofid continued in this role until 2022.

Currently, Mofid E. is serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gordon Murray Automotive, a UK-based luxury brand focused on creating and manufacturing high-performance cars. In this role, they are responsible for the entire product lifecycle, including product definition, development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales.

Throughout their career, Mofid E. has demonstrated expertise in driving improvements, managing teams, and ensuring customer-focused quality. Mofid has experience working with global brands and has held leadership positions with responsibilities over multiple departments and staff members.

Mofid E.'s education history starts with a Toolmaker Apprenticeship at Theodor-Reuter-Berufskolleg Iserlohn from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (FHR). Following this, from 2002 to 2008, Mofid E. pursued Automotive Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund, earning an Ingenieur degree. Lastly, from 2010 to 2013, Mofid E. attended the University of Birmingham, specializing in Quality and Project Management, although the degree obtained in this field is unspecified.
