Rich Brown

Rich Brown has extensive experience in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Talent at Gordon Murray Group since September 2022 after transitioning via TUPE from an RPO solution. Rich also fulfills the role of Business Development Advisor at Race Software, focusing on suspension systems development. From October 2020 to September 2022, Rich was the Lead Talent and DE&I Business Partner at McLaren Racing, where efforts centered on enhancing the employee journey. Previous roles include Head of Motorsport Jobs at Motorsport Network and a long tenure at Advanced Resource Managers, culminating as Head of Automotive & Gaming. Rich began a career in recruitment with a focus on engineering and automotive sectors and managed customer service operations in earlier roles at Scottish and Southern Energy.
