Lara Injeyan

Lara Injeyan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2012, Lara worked as a Manuscript Translator at the UCLA Graduate School of Education and Information Studies.

In 2013, they transitioned to become a Computer Science Teacher at Chamlian School, where they were responsible for developing and implementing computer science curriculum across multiple classrooms and integrating a new website into classroom curriculums.

Lara then worked as an Executive Assistant for Michael Basch, a 2017 New York Mayoral Candidate, from December 2016 to March 2017.

In 2017, they took on the role of Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO at littleBits for a period of six months. Following that, they joined Flatiron Health in February 2017 as part of the Executive Administration team until March 2020.

From March 2020 to March 2021, Lara worked as an Office Manager at Fernbridge Capital Management.

In 2021, Lara held two Chief of Staff positions. First, they served as the Chief of Staff at House Rx from March 2021 to December 2021. Then, they moved on to Kara Health as the Chief of Staff from December 2021 to March 2023.

Most recently, Lara joined Gordy Health in April 2023 as the Head of Strategic Initiatives.

Additionally, Lara was a member of the Chief of Staff Network, a private community connecting Chiefs of Staff, from March 2023 onwards.

Throughout their career, Lara has gained extensive experience in executive administration, project management, leadership, and curriculum development.

Lara Injeyan pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at UCLA. The duration of their undergraduate education is not specified. Following their bachelor's degree, Lara enrolled at Hult International Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in an unspecified field of study. Lara is expected to complete their MBA program from Hult International Business School in 2023.
