Elizabeth Santo

Elizabeth Santo has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Team Leader for Learning Experience in National Underwriting Operations at Gore Mutual Insurance since February 2004. With a strong focus on training and development, Elizabeth has created and updated training materials, instructed new Underwriters in underwriting fundamentals, and participated in system projects and committees. Previous roles include Supervisor at the National Operations Centre and Senior Underwriting Specialist in PI Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed training, auditing, and managing various operational processes. Prior to Gore Mutual, Elizabeth worked as an Administrative Assistant at TD Insurance, earning the President's Merit Award, and as a Customer Service Representative at Warnock & Reimann Insurance Brokers. Elizabeth holds a diploma in Business Administration Management Studies from Conestoga College.
