Lorna Richards is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as the Manager of Technical and Vendor Services at Heartland Mutual Insurance since August 2023. Since April 2012, Lorna has held various managerial positions at Gore Mutual Insurance, primarily focusing on claims transformation and efficiency within Accident Benefits claims.
