Kelly Fitzgerald has worked in a variety of positions throughout their career. In 2018, they were the Manager of the Customer Success Team at GoReact, where they worked closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to create a new Client Success team. Kelly implemented health scores, low/tech touch models, and high touch models, as well as Enterprise level services and scaled the team to match growth. In 2017, they worked as a Support Engineer at Simplifile, where they answered calls, created a good rapport quickly, looked into technical errors and issues, and completed follow ups efficiently. From 2015-2017, they worked at Banyan Inc. as the Senior Client Success Manager and Social Media Specialist. In their role as Senior Client Success Manager, they managed accounts, worked with escalated accounts, and was involved with Client Success decisions. As a Social Media Specialist, they interacted with clients, communicated clearly and effectively, and actively listened to the client. Kelly also led the team to be the best resource for the clients, trained clients on the product, and trained team members. In 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). In this position, they were involved in qualitative data intake and analysis, wrote grant proposals, conducted interviews, and used PhotoVoice. Kelly also communicated effectively with refugee and immigrant populations to collect and analyze qualitative data and plan and execute a leadership conference with participants from the project.

Kelly Fitzgerald attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2011 to 2016, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Anthropology and Communications.
