Paul Denton

Paul Denton is a seasoned professional in platform partnerships and account management, currently serving as the Senior Platform Partnerships Manager at Gorgias since August 2023. At Gorgias, a company focused on delivering integrated helpdesk solutions for e-commerce brands, Paul plays a key role in enhancing customer support capabilities. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Enterprise Merchant Success Manager at Shopify from June 2021 to August 2023 and served as an Enterprise Account Manager at Trulioo for nearly a year. Paul co-founded GoodFor, leading Retail & E-Commerce Operations from March 2017 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Account Manager at Raydar, Account Executive at Colenso BBDO, and a Virtual Eye Graphics Operator at Animation Research Ltd. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Otago, completed in 2012.
