Lucas Bueno

Lucas Bueno has a diverse work experience, beginning with an Estágio Estatística at Statsol Soluções Estatísticas e Pesquisa de Mercado in 2014. In 2013, they worked as a Fresador/Montador - Estágio de Férias at Troya indústria de máquinas e engenharia. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Analista de Supply Chain at Stone Pagamentos and a Product Owner / Agilista - Consultor de Produtos Digitais and a Product Owner - Consultor de Inovação at Suzano. Currently, they are a Business Development / Partner Manager na Gorila and a Product Owner / Scrum Master, responsible for developing new features and products with UX/UI, innovation within the platform, and defining OKR for tracking. Lucas has also worked with Compositos at EESC-USP Formula SAE.

Lucas Bueno obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Materials and Manufacturing from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2009 and 2015. In 2016, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics and Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, as well as a course in Preferences and Communication Styles & Modern Leader Profile from Seta Desenvolvimento Gerencial. Lucas is currently enrolled in a Product Growth course from Cursos PM3, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
