Ruben Van den Bossche

Ruben Van den Bossche began their work experience at BelCompany in 2004 as a Web developer/Web editor. Ruben then moved on to the University of Antwerp in 2008, where they worked as a Teaching Assistant until 2014. In 2012, they co-founded tablebooker and held a role there until 2015. From 2014 to 2015, they also worked as a Cloud Architect at November Five. Ruben continued their tenure at November Five as the Director of Product Operations from 2015 to 2018, and then as the Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are the Co-founder and CEO of Gorilla, a company that provides utility retailers with data-focused solutions.

Ruben Van den Bossche has a strong educational background in computer science and business economics. Ruben started their education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Antwerp from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Economics from Ghent University in the year 2007. Ruben continued their studies at the University of Antwerp and completed their PhD in Computer Science from 2008 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Ruben also holds a certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional Level, which they obtained in July 2015 from Amazon Web Services.
