Dennis Garza has a long and varied work experience. Dennis began their career in 1989 as an Intelligence Analyst and Linguist in the US Air Force. In 2002, they moved on to become the Director of Partner Program at a Leading Sports Equipment Manufacturer. In 2016, they joined the Masonic Philosophical Society as the Managing Director. Most recently, in 2018, they began working at Gorilla Corporation as the Vice President of Culture and Leadership Development and then later as the Director of Culture and Leadership Development.

Dennis Garza attended Wayland Baptist University from 1999 to 2002, studying Philosophy and Religious Studies. In 1998 and 1999, they attended the Foreign Service Institute in Arlington, VA, where they earned a 3/3 Proficiency in Hindi Language and Literature. In 2003, they attended Yonsei University Korean Language School in Seoul, Korea, where they achieved Level 3 in Korean Language and Culture. Garza also attended the Foreign Language Institute in Monterey, CA from 1989 to 1990, studying Korean Language and Literature.
