Helena Odhiambo has worked in various roles since 2017. Helena began their career as a Communication Intern at the Central Bank of Kenya, where they were responsible for stakeholder engagement, relationship building, report writing, media relations and event planning. Helena then worked as a Lead Team Member for Telemarketing at Educonnect Ltd, where they trained and capacity built four team members, suggested areas of improvement on the enrolment questionnaire to get more students, and provided quality customer care. In 2018, they took on the role of Lead Generation Team Supervisor at Gorilla Corporation, where they trained and managed the performance of four team members, generated company leads and qualified them, and met the target of 50 outbound calls per day and 600 leads per month. In 2019, Helena worked as a Customer Service and Administration Support at Oxford University Press East Africa Limited, where they ensured the delivery of books to public schools, responded to customer queries and complaints, and prospected and sold books worth Kshs. Most recently, in 2020, Helena has been working as a Client Success Executive at Razzo Africa, where they design sales models that drive growth and revenue, and enables partners to build their businesses across Security, Cloud, Data Center and Unified Communications verticals.

Helena Odhiambo attended the University of Nairobi from 2012 to 2015.
