Jan Rautenbach has over 40 years of professional work experience. Jan began their career in 1979 as the Director of Rautenbach Software & Insight Business Systems, a software house that produced its own ERP system called Insight. Jan worked with major clients such as Reebok South Africa & Reebok India, Puma, Tongaat-Hulet Group, Egbert Eggs, and Distributors of major Footwear brands such as Diesel, Skechers, and Fila. In 1995, they became a Franchisee of Futurekids SA, a company that specialized in offering ICT training and curriculum to schools and teachers. After five years, they sold the franchise. In 2000, they became Self-Employed as a Consultant. In 2012, they became eLearning Director at Q-Ed.net, a company that provided digital learning services and content development. In 2020, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at enteruptors. In 2021, they became the APAC Digital Marketing Account Director at Gorilla Corporation, a leading provider of vendor partner marketing technologies and services for the IT channel. Additionally, they have been a Marketing Strategist and Consultant for KVELL since 2005, where they devise comprehensive and integrated digital marketing strategies that integrate different channels online to create many touch-points, includes content marketing to create and build trust, and leads to a positive ROI on marketing spend for clients.
Jan Rautenbach attended Technicon Natal, Business Studies Unit from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a 1/2 MBA in Accounting, IT, and MBA. Prior to this, they attended Port Natal from 1963 to 1973. No additional certifications have been provided.
