Dr Alastair Goode

Dr. Alastair Goode is a seasoned cognitive scientist with extensive experience in applying cognitive science principles across various sectors, particularly in Virtual Reality and data analytics. Currently serving as a Cognitive Scientist at CORTEXR since September 2022, Dr. Goode also contributes to Gorilla In The Room, focusing on research within Virtual Reality since 2016. Previous roles include Director at beStrategy, where Dr. Goode specialized in Behavioral Economic strategy and cognitive science-based brand research, and positions as Director at Cog Research and Eye-Mind Research, along with a research focus on consumer behavior dating back to the early 2000s. Dr. Goode holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science and Consumer Behaviour and a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex.
