Anne Becker-Christensen

Anne Becker-Christensen has dealt extensively with taxes and fees for more than 20 years and is an experienced and recognized tax adviser.

Anne specializes in corporate taxation and advises Danish and foreign companies on all aspects of corporate taxation, including tax on the purchase and sale of companies, restructuring, reconstruction, and tax on cross-border transactions. Anne also regularly advises companies on the taxation of employee share schemes and other employee incentive programs. Furthermore, for several years, Anne has dealt extensively with insurance coverage of tax risks in business transactions (tax insurance). Anne also assists the clients with applying for binding answers from the Tax Administration and with conducting tax cases as well as assistance in tax audits. Anne is a member of the board of Denmark's Tax Attorneys, and thereby actively participates in the assessment of new tax legislation and tax practice.
