Michaela Widdowson-Kidd

Michaela Widdowson-Kidd is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in maritime law and financial services litigation. Currently serving as an External Lecturer in Maritime Law at Copenhagen Business School and Managing Counsel at Gorrissen Federspiel, Michaela has previously held significant positions including Chief Legal Counsel at both Noble Corporation and Maersk Drilling. With a background that includes litigation focused on the banking sector at Allen & Overy and Herbert Smith Freehills, Michaela brings a strong foundation in commercial and contentious regulatory matters. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Hons)/Bachelor of Economics degree from The University of Queensland, complemented by advanced legal training from esteemed institutions such as Harvard Law School and BPP Law School.
