Leroy Kincaid Jr

Leroy Kincaid Jr has extensive experience in operations and engineering management, currently serving as the Service Contract Program Manager and Engineering Manager at Gosiger Inc since January 2016. Prior to this role, Leroy held the position of Director of Operations at Detroit Gun Works from April 2015 to December 2015. Leroy's career includes significant tenures at NLB Corporation as Machine Shop Manager, where responsibilities involved managing the machining of components for high-pressure water jet systems, and at Kellogg Crankshaft as Operations Manager. Additionally, Leroy was the Production Manager at Kaywood Products, overseeing the production of camshafts and other engine components, and served as Supervisor at Camshaft Machine Company, supervising multiple departments in the machining of OEM and aftermarket camshafts from 1984 to 1995.
