Gabriel Hakvaag

Gabriel Hakvaag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management, media production, and project oversight. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at GoSpotCheck since May 2021, Gabriel ensures effective utilization of the platform to enhance customer workflows across multiple locations. Concurrently, since July 2020, Gabriel works as a part-time radio disc jockey and host at Mid-Atlantic Broadcasting Company, producing local commercials and hosting a live all-request show. Previous roles include a Covid Contact Tracer and Team Coach for Insight Global, where Gabriel led a team in coordinating public health initiatives, and a decade-long tenure at Intralinks, where significant revenue and customer satisfaction metrics were achieved. Early career experiences include management roles at Bear Stearns Investment Bank and a diverse background in theatrical and film production. Gabriel holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Arts from Messiah University.
