Marie Crosby

Marie Crosby has extensive experience in the field of information technology application support, currently employed at Goss Interactive since June 2004. In this role, Marie assists customers through various communication channels, including online, phone, and video chat, to resolve application and system issues, while also providing training to help clients maximize their digital platform usage. Prior to this, Marie served as a trainer at ExecuTrain from January 2002 to May 2004. Educationally, Marie completed GCSEs at Southway Comprehensive School from 1987 to 1994 and earned an NVQ in Business Administration from Octagon Training.
