Ahmet Yıldırım has a strong background in customer service and customer success. Ahmet began their career at EF Education First in 2005, where they worked as a Customer Service Specialist until 2012. Ahmet then took on the role of Customer Service Manager at the same company until 2021. In 2021, Ahmet joined GoStudent as a Customer Success Team Lead. Ahmet was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Team Lead and Regional Customer Care Team Lead.
Ahmet Yıldırım attended EF International Language Campuses Brighton in 2010, where they completed a language course in Intersive English. In 2008, they also attended EF International Language Campuses for a language course, but the field of study is unknown. Prior to this, they studied at Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Before attending university, Ahmet obtained an Associate's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Marmara University between 1995 and 1998.
