Anna Kastner

Anna Kastner is currently the Head of HR at GoStudent. Prior to that, they were a Recruiting Specialist at DO & CO AG from March 2017 to March 2020. Her responsibilities there included handling the full recruitment cycle, independently handling the entire onboarding and offboarding process, designing and placing job ads, preparing reference letters and contract supplements, advising the heads of department on the selection of the right candidates, preparing reports and statistics, and selecting and supervising compulsory interns in the various areas.

Before their time at DO & CO AG, Anna was a waitress at Hotel-Restaurant Mont Vully from June 2015 to August 2015. Anna also worked at IKEA Group from November 2015 to July 2016 as an IKEA Bistro & SFM Team Member. Prior to that, they were with IKEA Group from May 2011 to March 2015 in the same role.

Anna Kastner has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, a certified labour law expert from WIFI der WirtschaftskammerWien, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Tourism and Leisure Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Anna also has a Matura in International and Intercultural Communication from HBLW.
