Therése Conradsson

Tomasz H. has over a decade of experience in engineering and project management, primarily in technology and process optimization. From September 2015 to November 2023, Tomasz served as Senior Technical Manager at Ortofon A/S, leading technology project activities and overseeing the implementation of innovations into product portfolios. Prior to Ortofon, Tomasz held positions at MpicoSys Solutions BV as Process Engineer, where responsibilities included the introduction and improvement of technologies and project management. Other experience includes roles as Project Coordinator at Steel Protection and Project Leader at Plastivaloire, focusing on production projects and change management. Tomasz holds two Master of Science degrees from Gdańsk University of Technology in Management and Economics, and Chemical Technology.
