Neal Rick is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset and property management. Currently serving as Senior Asset Manager at Gotham since August 2018, Neal has prior experience at Westfield, where responsibilities included managing operations for a flagship NYC location and achieving significant financial improvements. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Property Management at Arker Development / Progressive Management, and Property Manager at Perseus Capital Management, where Neal oversaw residential portfolios and enhanced revenue streams. Neal’s career began at Lehman Brothers as a Product Control Associate, focusing on financial analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Emory University.
