Kelly Cragg

Kelly Cragg is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Grosvenor since December 2024, Kelly previously held the same title at Derwent London from September 2021 to November 2024, managing a mixed-use portfolio in central London comprising over 500,000 square feet valued at approximately £400 million. Kelly spent 13 years at Nash Bond, starting as a graduate and advancing to Director, where a key accomplishment was becoming the first and youngest female Director at the firm while jointly managing the lease advisory team. Earlier experience includes a role as a Surveyor at Transport for London, managing asset portfolios that included several London Underground stations. Kelly holds a degree in Planning and Property Development, Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University.
