Krystle Sandman

Krystle Sandman, SHRM-CP, started their career in 2006 as a Store Manager at Bath & Body Works, where they quickly progressed through the ranks to become a co-manager. Krystle then joined The Buckle, Inc. in 2009 as a Manager in Training, where they gained experience in sales, recruiting, merchandising, and leadership. After that, they worked at the American Red Cross as an Account Manager, responsible for managing blood drive publicity, public relations, and community educational programs. In 2015, they joined Edwards County Medical Center as the Director of Human Resources and Marketing before being promoted to Vice President of Ancillary Services in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Gothenburg Health since 2023.

Krystle Sandman, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Fort Hays State University in the years 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Dodge City Community College from 2003 to 2004, studying Communications. In December 2019, Krystle obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
