Madelyn Bowyer

Madelyn Bowyer has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as the Director of Family Relations, Fundraising, and Greek Relations for Dance Marathon at UCSB, where they raised $11,000 through various fundraising events. In 2017, they served as the Public Relations Vice President for Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, managing a department of 12 people and overseeing a $70,000 budget. Madelyn also completed an internship at Idealab during this time. In 2018, they worked as a Public Relations Intern for Lions Sight and Hearing Center, developing communication plans, creating program collateral, and organizing events. Madelyn also served as an English Language Assistant at Colegio de San Jose from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, Madelyn had an administrative assistant role at Caltech. Madelyn then joined Media & Marketing Minds as a Project Manager in 2020, responsible for managing projects. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at ServiceTitan in various customer support advocate roles, serving as a level II and level III advocate and providing support to customers and troubleshooting issues. In 2022, they transitioned to LANDED as a Client Strategist and was promoted to Sr. Client Strategist in 2023.

Madelyn Bowyer completed their education at UC Santa Barbara from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological Psychology. In addition, they have acquired additional certifications such as Customer Service Foundations and Learning Jira Software from LinkedIn, which they obtained in September 2020. Madelyn also holds the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in June 2020.
