Eric Gonzalez

Eric Gonzalez serves as the Associate General Counsel at GoTo Group since August 2022, providing senior advisory on M&A, capital markets transactions, and principal investments. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Consultant at Peerpoint from July 2021 to June 2022, advising Bank of America on various corporate transactions in the Asia-Pacific region. Eric's tenure also features a position as Legal Counsel at Macquarie Group, where responsibilities encompassed advising on equity capital markets and corporate finance transactions. Additional roles include a contractor position at ANZ's Capital Markets Execution and over sixteen years at Allen & Overy, managing capital markets transactions for both corporate and sovereign issuers. Eric holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Government from Cornell University.
