Gopa Kumar

Gopa Kumar currently serves as the Head of Talent Operations at GoTo Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Gopa Kumar worked at Amazon from March 2015 to February 2022, progressing from Manager II to Manager III in Program Management within APAC Consumer Recruiting, where responsibilities included launching various strategic talent programs. Gopa Kumar also held the position of Assistant Manager at PwC India from May 2012 to February 2015, focusing on workforce planning and the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System. Early career experience includes an internship at PwC India and an associate role at Cognizant. Gopa Kumar holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the International Management Institute and an Engineer’s Degree from Vellore Institute of Technology.
