Aristiwidya Bramantika

Aristiwidya Bramantika has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Recently, they have been working as the Head of Lab at GoTo Impact Foundation, where they focus on finding innovative approaches to increase the speed, scale, and sustainability of impact efforts in Indonesia. Prior to that, they served as the Senior VP of People and Culture at GO-JEK, where they were responsible for creating meaningful experiences for the employees. Aristiwidya also worked as an independent consultant, specializing in culture and leadership development programs. Additionally, Aristiwidya has experience as a founder and consultant at different organizations, where they designed and delivered training programs and facilitated organization effectiveness programs. Aristiwidya began their career at Citigroup, where they worked as a management trainee and relationship manager, managing projects and relationships with government-owned companies.

Aristiwidya Bramantika attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and also completed a degree in Human Computer Interaction.
