Caitlin Frost, GMS, is a seasoned professional in global mobility and immigration, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at GoTo since August 2019. In this role, Caitlin collaborates with various departments within the Human Resource Operations team to enhance mobility experiences for nearly 4,000 employees globally. Prior to this, Caitlin worked as an Immigration Specialist at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, providing assistance with employment-based, family-based, and naturalization cases, along with conducting in-depth legal research and drafting necessary documentation. Caitlin's career began at Propay Inc as a Customer Service Representative, where skills in client advisory and service analysis were honed. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Georgia and has an international educational background.
