Jamie Green is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in customer success and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at GoTo since June 2017, Jamie is responsible for implementing and optimizing large-scale customer success programs. Prior to GoTo, Jamie held various roles at GetGo, including Senior Training Manager, where the development of a global training program enhanced onboarding and retention.
