Chelsea Skruck

Chelsea Skruck is an experienced Internal Controls and Finance Leader with a robust background in auditing and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Internal Audit - Operations at Chipotle Mexican Grill since August 2022, Chelsea previously held the position of Internal Audit Senior Manager and Internal Audit Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from November 2020 to August 2022, and January 2018 to November 2020, respectively. Chelsea's expertise encompasses managing a portfolio of work including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, financial and operational audits, as well as conducting risk assessments and leading audit teams. Chelsea's career also includes roles at Kaiser Consulting, where project management involved Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, and at PwC, where auditing diverse clients provided a foundation for Chelsea’s comprehensive skill set. Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
