Shawn Ferguson has extensive experience in various human resources roles. Shawn started their career in 2013 as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the State of Utah, where they provided guidance to senior management on employee discipline, conducted training on performance management and HR policies, and managed relations with police and government unions regarding employee complaints. In 2015, they joined Nike as a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist, where they influenced and coached business leaders through complex employee issues for U.S. and Mexico retail stores. In 2018, they became a Human Resources Manager at Comcast, responsible for overseeing HR functions. Currently, Shawn holds the position of Principal Employee Performance and Engagement Manager at GoTo, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Shawn Ferguson completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2005 to 2009. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University from 2011 to 2012. In addition, they obtained the PHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014.
