Marwan Elgamal

Marwan ElGamal has extensive work experience in talent management, learning and development, and organizational development. Marwan is currently serving as the Head of Talent and Organizational Development at GOTOKO, where they lead the establishment and management of talent management initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Learning and Development at Maxis, where they were responsible for shaping the learning strategy and implementing effective learning programs. Marwan has also held various roles at Vodafone, including CXX Learning Solutions Senior Manager and Learning & Development Senior Manager, where they developed customized learning solutions and managed knowledge transfer projects. Marwan is skilled in designing and delivering diverse learning solutions and has a strong track record of achieving high satisfaction rates with training programs.

Marwan ElGamal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Helwan University Cairo, between 2002 and 2007.
