Nicole Brown has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nicole is currently the Head of Customer Care at GotPhoto.com | fotograf.de since 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Catalina USA from 2017 to 2023, where they held positions such as Senior Director of Global Customer Support Operations, Director of Media Operations, and Value Stream Manager. At Catalina, Nicole demonstrated their leadership skills by executing an AI strategy that resulted in significant cost savings and transforming the department. Nicole also built strong client relationships, managed budgets, and strategically managed a support vendor. Before joining Catalina, Nicole worked at Bisk from 2012 to 2016, where they held various roles in marketing, production coordination, and team leadership.

Nicole Brown has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology from the University of North Florida, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. In 2016, they completed a Management Certificate in Information Technology from the University of Florida.
