Lauren Street

Lauren Street is an experienced professional in customer care and service management within the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Care at Persimmon Homes since August 2022, Lauren has previously held leadership positions, including Customer Service Team Leader and Head of Customer Service at Avant Homes from June 2019 to September 2022, and Customer Care Supervisor at Bellway Homes from July 2015 to June 2019. Lauren began the career as a Customer Coordinator at Barratt Developments plc from June 2012 to July 2015. Lauren holds a degree in Business from the University of the West of Scotland, earned between January 2004 and January 2007.
