Philippe MacHuel

Philippe Machuel serves as President and CEO of Shelly North Carolina, Inc. since August 2009, focusing on innovative AI and quantum computing solutions that enhance company responsiveness and market dominance. Machuel also holds the position of Vice President at TEAL Chimie & Energie Corporation since December 2020, promoting green ammonia production from renewable energy. Additionally, Machuel acts as an M&A International broker for Gottesman Company and leads Business Development for European operations at FlameOFF Coatings, Inc., specializing in fire-resistant technologies. Advisory roles include membership on the boards of ECOLAND INSTITUTE INC and ECOLAND Development, initiatives aimed at integrating technology with sustainable community development. Previous experience includes managing strategic partnerships at HydrAmmonia and directing USA business operations for Global Vision SAS. Philippe Machuel holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
