Wijnand Oppedijk

Wijnand Oppedijk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in traffic management and consultancy. Since August 1994, Wijnand has held the position of Senior Consultant, Verkeersregeltechnicus, and Verkeerskundige at Goudappel, specializing in traffic flow and management from priority intersections to intelligent traffic signal systems. Wijnand was also a member of the (G)MR at Stichting Roos from August 2010 to February 2016, which governs multiple public primary schools in the region. Earlier professional experience includes an internship in the traffic department of Gemeente Deventer, focusing on recreational cycling signage and various traffic-related tasks in 1991. Wijnand holds an Ingenieur degree in Traffic Engineering from HTS Leeuwarden and NHL Hogeschool, complemented by a VWO (Atheneum) diploma from Jan van Arkel.
