Christopher Wood

Christopher Wood has a long and varied work experience. Christopher began their career in 2006 as a Staff Manager/Training Coordinator in the US Army. In this role, they designed, implemented, and managed Military Fitness training programs, resulting in an 85% physical fitness score increase and over 90% overall pass rate. Christopher was then promoted to Assistant Director of Operations, where they supervised over 12 direct reports and monitored overall operational readiness. In 2014, they joined Wyndham Vacation Ownership as a Marketing and Sales Representative, where they were awarded for Highest Overall Marketing Penetration percentage. In 2016, Christopher joined Pulte Group Inc. as a New Home Sales Consultant, where they received corporate wide Sales Counselor of the Year, Rookie of the Year and National Presidents Club Award with gross sales of 59 new homes valued at $17,306,646. In 2019, they became a Real Estate Agent at JPAR Franchising by JP & Associates REALTORS. In 2020, they joined Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as a Residential & Commercial Real Estate Agent. Finally, in 2023, Christopher began working at Real as a Real Estate Agent.

Christopher Wood has a diverse educational background. Christopher attended San Antonio College from 2010 to 2013, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended North Central Institute from 2008 to 2010, focusing on General Studies. Christopher also attended Central Texas College at some point. In addition to these educational experiences, Wood has a variety of certifications from institutions such as the REALTOR® Academy, Champions School of Real Estate, Academy of Health Science, United States Army Physical Readiness Academy, NMLS, and AMEDD Noncommissioned Officer Academy.
