Joanna Ayre

Joanna Ayre is an accomplished talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Gousto since December 2021, where also holds the position of Head of Executive Hiring & Talent Strategy. Previously, Joanna was a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates from September 2015 to November 2021, specializing in the Consumer Practice with a focus on consumer digital and technology leadership roles. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Consultant, Research Associate, and Research Analyst at CTPartners, where Joanna engaged in global executive search within FMCG and Retail. Early career experience includes an internship at Agent Secret, a boutique retained search firm in luxury fashion and creative design. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages (French & Italian) from Durham University and has also studied at LUSPIO University in Rome.
