Matheus de Souza is an experienced designer with over 12 years of expertise in branding, UI/UX, and strategic design for startups and tech companies in Brazil and internationally. Matheus started his career as a graphic designer, further leading into art direction roles, and lately learning and getting deeper into user experience design, bringing a strong foundation in visual storytelling and product strategy. He has worked with prominent organizations like Steer Health, Quiq, Parrot Analytics and GovAssist, leading complex rebranding initiatives and improving digital experiences.

Throughout his career, Matheus has led high-impact projects for global companies, working on end-to-end design processes, visual storytelling, and user experience enhancement.
