Michael Plagge

Michael Plagge, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GovAssist since February 2024. Prior to this role, Plagge was the Senior Director of Finance & Accounting at WiseConnect Inc. from February 2023 to February 2024, and held several positions at MMGY Global, including Global Financial Controller, Director of Financial Analysis and Acquisitions, and Senior Accountant from October 2016 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes working as an Assurance Senior and Assurance Associate at EY (September 2013 - October 2016), where Plagge specialized in financial audits across various industries. Additional roles include an Assurance Intern at Ernst & Young, a Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas School of Business, accounting tutoring, and various positions in student housing management.
