Carol M. Peterson

Carol M. Peterson, CSM, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at GovDocs, Inc. since October 2019, Carol has previously held the position of Project Manager at Thomson Reuters from January 2004 to November 2018, where responsibilities included bridging communication gaps between developers and stakeholders and enhancing technological efficiency. In an earlier role as Lead Software Engineer, Carol excelled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create effective data structures and flows for customer-facing applications. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Minnesota - School of Management.
