Previously, Maurizio served as Counsel at CBA, advising on corporate governance practices, and as a Senior Advisor at AlixPartners, leading initiatives to address talent and organizational challenges. Maurizio's career includes significant leadership roles at Heidrick & Struggles, MP&A, Roland Berger, A.T. Kearney, and other prestigious firms, with a strong emphasis on financial institutions and international projects. Educational qualifications include an LLM in International Financial Law from The London School of Economics and a law degree from Università degli Studi di Genova.
