Bert Boerman

Bert Boerman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bert is currently the CEO of Governance.com, where they focus on digitally transforming the asset management industry. In this role, they utilize a platform that enables end-to-end process transformation through vertical integration. Prior to this, Boerman served as the Managing Director of Appoint Solutions, a Dutch software development subsidiary of Governance.com. Bert has also worked as a Non-Executive Director for Luxembourg companies. Boerman previously held several positions at ABN AMRO Bank (Luxembourg) S.A., including Senior Vice President - Head of Depositary and Corporate Clients, Vice President - Head of Financial Professionals and Corporate Clients, Vice President - Head of Premium Banking, and Assistant Vice President - Relationship Manager for Commercial Clients. Bert began their career as a Trainee in Retail, Private Banking, and SMEs at ABN AMRO Bank.

Bert completed a Certified Private Banker program at INSEAD in 2011-2012, focusing on Private Banking and Wealth Management. Prior to that, in 2009, Bert Boerman obtained a Certificate from AA Academy in Leadership Development Program. In 2007, they also earned a Certificate from AA Academy, this time in Managing for Growth, management development. Additionally, in 2006, Bert Boerman obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from AA Academy. Furthermore, they completed a Certificate program in Risk Analysis for Lenders, International credits at AA Academy in 2005.

Bert Boerman began their education journey with a Traineeship at ABN AMRO Academy in 1999, specializing in Banking and Finance. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management from Hotel Management School Maastricht.
