Chris Morrill

Chris Morrill has a vast and impressive career in government finance and management. Currently serving as the Executive Director/CEO of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), as well as a Member of the Board of Directors for ICMA-RC Vantage Trust Board. Previously, Chris served as City Manager for the City of Roanoke, VA, where Chris oversaw daily administrative operations. Chris also served as President of GFOA and held various leadership positions within the organization. Chris's experience extends to international work, having served as a Peace Corps Volunteer and Senior Municipal Finance Advisor in South Africa.
