Erika McClure

Erika McClure is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and recreation management with extensive experience in local government and higher education settings. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at the City of Southlake, Texas, since November 2018, Erika has previously held roles including Guest Services Supervisor and Athletic Supervisor. Prior to this, Erika managed aquatics and athletics for the City of Richardson, overseeing multiple outdoor aquatic facilities. Previous experience includes roles at Southern New Hampshire University as Coordinator of Campus Recreation and Adjunct Faculty, along with a graduate assistantship at Franklin Pierce University, where an MBA in Sports Management was completed. Erika also possesses experience in various roles at Plymouth State University and an internship with New Hampshire Fisher Cats, demonstrating a strong background in recreation program management, staff supervision, and community engagement.
