Deepa Tolia

Deepa Tolia is an accomplished public servant with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources within the BC Public Service. Since October 2018, Deepa has served as the Director of Organizational Development in the Ministry of Finance, after holding the position of SHR Manager from January to September 2018. Prior to this, Deepa worked as a Strategic HR Advisor in the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development from August 2011 to January 2018. Deepa holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Toronto - Faculty of Forestry (1991-1995).
