Kylie McNeil

Kylie McNeil is a planning and policy officer at the BC Public Service, specializing in emergency management and climate readiness since October 2023. Previously, Kylie served as an audit researcher at the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario from April 2022 to September 2022, and as a junior researcher at the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy from November 2021 to April 2022. Kylie's experience also includes roles as a teaching assistant at Queen's University from September 2016 to August 2021, a tax clinic facilitator, and a student caseworker at Durham Region, and as a lifeguard and teaching instructor for the Town of Whitby. Education includes a Master's degree in Global Political Economics from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the same institution.
