Sheila Johnstone

Sheila Johnstone is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public affairs and media relations. Since March 2021, Sheila has served as a Senior Public Affairs Officer for the BC Public Service. Prior to that, Sheila had a long tenure at The City of Calgary, holding various roles including Corporate Media Relations & Employee Communications, Communications Strategist, and Communications Advisor, among others, from June 2012 to March 2021. Sheila's earlier career includes positions as a News Anchor and Traffic Reporter at AM770 CHQR, a TV Host and Producer at CREN TV, and a News Anchor and Reporter at 660News. Sheila holds a Broadcast News Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
