Chloe B. is a seasoned professional with experience in customer service and technical sales across various industries. Currently serving as a Payment Services Officer for the Government of Canada since May 2024, Chloe has also worked as a Bilingual Inside Technical Sales representative at Nordstrong Equipment Limited since June 2023, where responsibilities include reviewing customer requests and clarifying equipment needs. Additionally, Chloe has been a Globalink Mentor at Mitacs since April 2023, facilitating training for research interns. Previous roles include Bilingual Senior Account Representative at HERD North America, excelling in customer relationship management and technical support, a Bilingual Roadside Rescue Agent at Allstate, and a Photo Lab Specialist at London Drugs. Chloe's early experience includes serving as a Deputy Returning Officer for the Manitoba Provincial Government. Chloe holds a degree from The University of Winnipeg, completed in December 2016.
